Butter chicken recipe, how to make butter chicken at home, Indian chicken makhani recipe, nian's #PROCEDURE:
Firstly, take the chicken in a bowl. Add ½ tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp ginger paste, salt and 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix all properly. Then keep aside this for marinate 1 hour.
1 hour later, we will fry these chicken pieces. In a pan heat oil. Add all chicken pieces. Fry chicken both sides in high flame. This will take around 15-20 minute to perfectly fry.
In this frying process, the chicken will be more than half cooked. After frying, strain oil and transfer chicken in a bowl.
Now in a pan, add butter and melt butter. Add chopped onion. Stir onion and fry until transparent colour.
Then add tomatoes, rest of garlic & ginger, red chili powder, and salt. Saute all for 3-4 minute.
Now add hot water. Stir and mix all.
Simmer all. Cook this 3-4 minute in medium flame. In this time tomatoes will be sodden properly.
3-4 minutes later, put off the flame. Cool this mixture properly.
Now take a blender and pour this tomato mixture in this. Blend this.
Put the cooking pan on a stove. Strain blended tomatoes with a sieve. Remove the rest of skin and seeds part.
Keep the flame in medium. Add 1 tbsp butter. Mix all. Simmer this properly. Then add fried chicken.
Stir all. Cook this 8-10 minute.
Now add fresh cream, garam masala powder, and kasuri methi. Before adding Kasuri methi, rub then add. Mix all properly and put off the flame.
Now serve this yummy restaurant-style butter chicken.
