Breakfast for two
2 cups frozen Kale/Spinach mix (I get it at Costco)
4 TBS flax meal (for extra fiber and as a fat source)
1 Cup Blueberries (frozen)
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain (no added fillers and fat free)
1 banana
Water (I added enough to make the smoothie drinkable)
4 drops liquid stevia (totally optional but hubby likes it a bit sweeter)
No extra ice in this one...It wasn't needed.
