Strawberry Salsa. A unique idea for an appetizer. If you love mango salsa, you'll love this... Recipe on the website soon, but here's the basics. You could also add avocado or black beans. Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and ¼” dice
1/3 cup red onion, diced
½ jalepeno, seeded and diced (or less to your liking)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl
